EXPERTISE
Keith Lutsch currently focuses
on electronics and computer hardware and software patent prosecution,
standards organization activities, patent program development, management
and strategy, and the technical aspects of patent litigation and
analysis.
He has handled litigation management
and has been the lead attorney for a major infringement case involving
13 patents. He has also managed and participated in major licensing
and cross licensing negotiations, prepared and negotiated industry
standards agreements and monitored the impact of standards on the
patent portfolio. He has been responsible for reviewing third party
products for infringement, prepared and managed strategic patent
prosecution procedures and applications, reviewed disclosures and
products for patentability, reviewed patent portfolio to identify
important patents and applications and reviewed third party infringement
claims. Mr. Lutsch has prepared and prosecuted foreign and domestic
patent, copyright and trademark applications, specializing in advanced
computer hardware and software patents, computer software copyright
issues and computer software licenses and development agreements. |
