e have unique experience in handling drafting and negotiating complex license agreements involving intellectual property. As in-house counsel, many of us have had direct responsibility for licensing programs directed at generating revenue.  Both in previous experience and at Wong Cabello, we have negotiated on behalf of companies being threatened with intellectual property assertions.

We have also provided analysis support for all forms of negotiations whether they are directed to licensing out or licensing in. In related areas, we have drafted and negotiated numerous other technology agreements.
